How Long Will We Deliver Your Order?

We usually send your order within 3-5 business days, and normally your order will arrive at 10-14 business days after we shipped out. You are able to track your order status during the delivery.

International delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs inspections, or weather conditions.

We will assist you in tracking your shipment and urge shipping carrier whenever you need. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellation requests made after order has been shipped out. 

    I Provided A Mistaken Delivery Information, What Should I Do?

    If the order has not been shipped by us yet, you are still able to change the delivery information. If we send off your order already, the information is not able to be revised anymore.
